If any item purchased from Lumiere Lux is verified as inauthentic by an established, reputable third-party authentication service, we will:
- Issue a full refund
- Cover all associated return shipping costs
This guarantee remains valid for the lifetime of the item.
No Change-of-Mind Returns
Given the unique nature of pre-loved luxury goods, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind.
All buyers receive the complete condition inspection report and authentication certificate for confirmation prior to dispatch. Your confirmation confirms acceptance of the item’s stated condition.
Returns Accepted Only for Undisclosed Discrepancies
Returns and refunds will only be approved if both conditions below are met:
- The item has defects, damage or discrepancies that were not disclosed to you before shipment;
- The actual condition is visibly inconsistent with the condition report, photos, videos and product description provided.
All claims must be submitted within 48 hours after delivery, accompanied by clear photo or video supporting evidence.

- All original authentication documents, security seals and hang tags provided with the item must be returned intact. Without these items, we cannot verify the authenticity of the returned merchandise to prevent item substitution.
